Privacy

Public browsing

The launch site does not require an account. DwellDocket does not sell personal information. Infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Correction reports

The correction form asks for the public record URL, issue type, description, and an optional official source URL. It does not ask for a name or email. A one-way network identifier may be used briefly to limit abuse; the raw address is not stored in the application database.

Alerts

Alerts are not active at launch. Before activation, the product will collect only the email address and watched jurisdictions needed to provide the service, plus delivery and consent records. Every alert will include unsubscribe and erase controls.

Payments

Payments are not active at launch. If subscriptions open, card information will be handled by a hosted payment processor; DwellDocket will not receive full card numbers.

Retention and requests

Anonymous correction reports are retained as accuracy evidence and removed when they are no longer useful or lawful to keep. A working privacy-contact route will be published before any account, alert, or payment data is collected.
