Public browsing
The launch site does not require an account. DwellDocket does not sell personal information. Infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page views and site performance. Its automatic beacon does not use cookies or browser storage, and Cloudflare says it discards the source IP address at its network edge. DwellDocket does not join these measurements to interest-list emails or advertising profiles.
Correction reports
The correction form asks for the public record URL, issue type, description, and an optional official source URL. It does not ask for a name or email. A one-way network identifier may be used briefly to limit abuse; the raw address is not stored in the application database.
Product-interest lists
The free alert and API interest forms collect an email address, selected launch states, primary use, consent version, and dates needed to manage the list. DwellDocket uses that information for one launch email about the selected product. It is not combined with an advertising profile or sold.
The form stores a one-way email fingerprint for duplicate protection. A separate, short-lived one-way network identifier limits abuse; the raw address is not stored in the application database. Interest records expire after 12 months unless they are renewed.
Removal
Each interest form includes a removal control. Entering the same email erases that product-interest record, and the response does not reveal whether the address was previously present. A launch message, if sent later, will also include an unsubscribe and erase path.
Advertising and affiliate links
Third-party display ads and affiliate links are not active. The site does not load an ad network, ad cookie, or affiliate click tracker. This policy will be reviewed before either revenue channel is enabled.
Payments
Payments are not active at launch. If subscriptions open, card information will be handled by a hosted payment processor; DwellDocket will not receive full card numbers.
Retention and requests
Anonymous correction reports are retained as accuracy evidence and removed when they are no longer useful or lawful to keep. The interest-list removal controls handle the only directly submitted personal information currently collected. A separate privacy-contact route will be published before accounts, paid alerts, or payment data are collected.
