Return and itemization deadline

45 days

The section sets a 45-day period for the written itemization and any amount due, measured from termination or vacancy, whichever occurs last.

Scope notes

When covered damage exceeds the deposit and requires a third-party contractor, subsection E allows 15 additional days for the damage itemization after timely notice.
